Two Ladies & Their TVs

We love our shows so much we created a blog for it.

About the Ladies

athenawj is a writer-mama-artist-editor-blue ribbon junkie who can't get enough of her favorite t.v. shows (and the ridiculous amount of videotapes in her house proves it). She's owned various t.v.s for awhile, but only recently discovered the joys of OnDemand.

merserene is a professional-turned-student who has an unhealthy addiction to some shows. She bought her first TV last year and is particularly fond of old reruns and British comedy.

I wanted to watch, but that channel wouldn't come in no matter how I fiddled with antenna wires, cords, cables, you name it. And I wanted to see the hot guy, too.

Well, he's the Iraqi. I'm tiring a little of the backstories, frankly, and his wasn't that terrific, but the rest of the episode was good, with the end being downright spooky (I actually shuddered). For some reason, I just found Sayid really hot last night. Not surprising, since a lot of my fantasy men are darker-skinned (and exactly why I married a man who could glow in the dark, heh!).

From what I've seen, Naveen Andrews has quite a following from women, so you're not alone! Considering I usually like men who glow in the dark (hee), I found Sayid to be pretty hot, too. But Sawyer is getting hotter every time he smiles.

I liked last night's episode; it was good to see Mira Furlan (Danielle Rousseau) getting work so many years after Babylon 5. I hope this wasn't the last we hear of her character.

Oy, she was insane, wasn't she? She played it really well, and it was *written* very well, in the way that you couldn't tell what was going to come out of her mouth, whether she was going to flip out again or say something sane, clear. I wonder if the illness that her companions got (or I just wonder if they went nuts) is ever going to be brought up again.

Sawyer is getting hotter. But it's a slimy sort of hot, heh.
